How to Create a Social Posting Workflow with Multiple Users

Here's how you can customize the social posting settings when working with multiple users.

We've made it easier to approve posts. In addition to the current method of approving from the Approve screen, you can also approve them directly within the Queue.

To change the workflow for a User approval process. Go to Workspace Users > Action > Edit, and select the permission requirements for the specific User, as below.
