Manage Users: How to limit visibility to only their own posts for sub-users

If you've ever wanted to restrict what your Workspace Users can see within the queue folder the sent folder, the drafts folder and/or calendar, you can do that.

Go to WorkSpace User in the Top Right Dropdown Menu

Select User (in this case dnasaka63), select Actions, and open the Edit.

Scroll down you'll see the section “This user can only view their own posts in these screens”.

Select what you wish them to see, i.e., Queue, Sent, Drafts or Calendar. You can pick more than one.

Save.

And that is you complete.
