How to Access Your Published Messages Reporting And Analytics

You can view reporting and analytics about your published messages and export this data as an archive of all published messages.

You can view message activity from the last 30, 60, or 90 days or within a specified date range. For each message the following analytics are displayed:

  • Number of clicks

  • Number of likes

  • Number of comments

  • Number of retweets

  • Number of leads

  • Number of sales


To view the Published Messages Reporting and Analytics:

  1. Click the Report button.

  2. Click on Published Messages.

  3. On the Published Messages page, click the dates you want to view.

  4. To export the data, click Export to CSV. You can then use the data in your marketing efforts.
