The system is not saving my design

Are you saving your work by clicking step 5 Save & Deploy in Edit Campaign?

If so, there might be a red alert in either the Settings or the Social Share step. Scroll down and see if there are any, they must be cleared before it will save.

Are you using the Evernote Chrome extension? Please try disabling it or try a different browser to rule out an extension conflict if the above doesn't work.

    • I press "Publish Now" button, nothing happens.

      Is the Publish dashboard unresponsive? You may need to refresh your system. Can you please log out, close that tab, create a new tab and log back in?
